Ah yes, the shower. The perfect venue for planning stories and reveling in the knowledge of having limitless power over your characters.

No this is me lol

its scary how accurate this is

I’m breaking my oc’s legs and it will be a painful and tragic ordeal and I will cry many tears trying to write it

OMG THIS IS FUCKING ME

Me.

AAAHHH I did this the other dayyy.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve leaped out of the shower with my hair still full of soap to run to a computer and write stuff down.

you have no idea how happy i am to know i am not the only one who does this in a shower

… No one has stopped me yet >:3

I just pictured God doing this.

i’m actually more scared of this than heights

this is the scariest thought ever

I’m thinking about it every single day…

So do I. About my eyes too.

I’ve been researching (engineer) mechanical limbs cause of this, one day one of hands is gonna fail. I know, life is that… funny.

I have tamed Windows 8!
Fully functional now and much like 7.
No 3rd party software needed to do what I did here.  I’ve replicated most of the Start Menu functions:
* Programs List
* Start and Shutdown icons
* Run icon
* Control Panel icon
* Skips the Metro interface at login and goes to the oldschool Desktop
* Computer and Recycle Bin icons
Lots of folks are holding onto 7, but you won’t be able to forever, just like you couldn’t hold onto XP forever.  Either do what I’ve done or hope that MS makes all of the above options easy in Windows 9.  :P

You Lvl 90 Beast Tamer!

That is an Afghan child being patted down by an American soldier.
American weaponized paranoia knows no limits whatsoever. In addition to creating and defining something so ambiguous and dangerous like “military age males”, the American military industrial complex has no issues with such intrusive, unnecessary policies. Saadia Toor also tells that: “‘Direct’ PIA flights to the USA are routed through Manchester airport because they don’t trust security checks at the Pakistan end, and [Pakistani] kids are patted down at Manchester.”
My father is always “randomly” taken aside for security checking. So is my mother “randomly” told to reveal whatever lies in her bags. Brown bodies have always been a target of scrutiny. They are seen as rebellious, threatening and even fatal. The way America views Muslims - especially Muslims of color - is disgusting but it is a specifically designed and propagated phenomenon. Many people will say, “But the Taliban wrap bombs around children so they have a reason for patting them down!” The Taliban is indeed brutal but that does not excuse American brutality or its obsession with militarizing everything. By that twisted logic of viewing all brown bodies as potential danger, shouldn’t young white men and boys be constantly patted down and taken aside “randomly” for security checking in case they show disturbing behavior often equipped with ammunition?
This hypocrisy is state-sanctioned. This is the Empire dictating what is worth invading to instill “peace” and what should be left to grow worse at home.

That is not really paranoia, it would be for people who don’t go out enough around the world, I mean, have you read the articles about mothers in the border with Mexico that kill their babies to stuff them with drugs, money, guns? No? Well, then, do you think that soldiers or police officers searching babies in the border are being paranoid?
The issue with this picture is that they are using children as soldiers. Therefore there is no paranoia, it is called being precautious, where they can’t be enough, one little mistake it can cost lives in seconds. This is what I really hate, people giving such comments knowing nothing of this sort of life. It is not a job like your regular where a mistakes can turn into monetary loss, here is where a single mistake can get people killed, americans killed.
Yet, you call this paranoid, like a child would hold a gun and kill people. Specially in that place. Seriously.
